Gray Gillot set up Chiltern Designs 22 years ago and over the last 2 decades has built a team of creative and dedicated designers and project managers who now have a reputation as market leaders in the commercial design & build industry.
The opportunity to then develop 2 sites in Ibiza and another beachfront project in Brazil has meant that Chiltern Designs is being left under the competent guidance of Grays co- director and best friend for 30 years Jon Whitehead.
The final project that was completed before leaving for Ibiza was Mclaren's world wide pilot scheme at 1 Hyde Park,which was an unrivalled and media hailed success
