This fabulous project took under 8 months to complete. We also had the privilege of working in this beautiful, unspoilt part of the island - San Augustin.
Amber Developments provided a complete turnkey package on this project, starting with various architectural solutions then overseeing all of the planning permissions and all relevant legal work before carrying out all of the project management of the detailed construction and refurbishment works.
This fantastic scheme consisted of a full interior and exterior refurbishment and the external pool and garden areas. The clients dream was to convert the fairly new looking Villa into an old, original looking Finca using traditional Ibithencan building methods and materials, whilst incorporating all of the latest energy saving technologies and infrastructure
This is our second project for this client and we look forward to providing the same services on numerous other projects we have in the pipeline!
