MAY 25th - 4 Weeks and 6 days until we move in !

6 Weeks Before We Move In

The fireplace fitted with special heating tubes to provide hot water from the log burning cast iron surround
Pine bespoke doors hand made to fit each opening, in solid pine from the Island

Septic tanks filled with water first and then surrounded in sand before the enclosure is built around them
Small archetas installed at every juncture for power and water
 A small tech room constructed for all the pumps and various water feeds
 A 15,000 litre water tank buried in the ground to feed the Finca, pool and gardens, fed from the naturaul underground well
Gas tank buried in sand and ready for capping
 External capping & myatex started on the external elevations 2 weeks ahead of schedule

Kitchen & snug nearly completed
My friend in England helps source and manufacture the hardwood sliding doors and frames
The office floor tiling finished
I've been pushing lads too hard
Triple glazed rooflights installed to all the claraboyas
Roofs painted in special resin paint for waterproofing
Corridor plastered and ready for floor finishes
Plastering starts on programme even after loosing 3 weeks due to tthe weather and all the Fiestas !!
A big moment,we have started to move some of our furniture and artifacts into our new housein March
